Now is the time that the world is awakening to the realisation that abundance is natural and a part of all life within the Universe. It is the Ego that keeps us thinking in terms of lack and poverty consciousness. As more and more people appreciate the abundance that surrounds them already it makes it so much easier for others to awaken to the same understanding and appreciation. God/The All That Is/Source did not create us with the drive to learn and develop without providing everything we need in order to do so - that's a bit like sending someone to the shops with a list and no money to pay for the goods.

The thing about abundance is, the more we appreciate and acknowledge it, the more easily it flows to us, and through us, and supports us as we grow, create, and expand.
These essences have been birthed to help us evolve and understand abundance consciousness and let go of ego-centred poverty consciousness. In, and of, themselves they will not create money or abundance. What they will do is help you let go of the ego thoughts and retrain your consciousness to appreciate and flow abundance into your life.

There are 5 essences in all and they can be taken as a course or as a standalone depending upon what you need. Whilst they are primarily birthed to aid with abundance consciousness, they will also help you focus in other areas of your life too. At the end of the day, life is not about having lots of money but about enjoying the moment, creating opportunities to experience, and to evolve and expand our consciousness. One key lesson for all of us is that we must learn to trust Source to send us everything we need to help us and those around us to evolve.

These essences will not change your life on their own - but they will help you do that for yourself. There is no magic cure per se, and working on yourself is key to enjoying life to the full. These essences will help you let go and change your life for the better, and in turn help you help the world change too.

By letting go of limiting thoughts and beliefs; living in the Now; appreciating what we already have; focusing positively upon what we want; we can feel good and allow it into our experience. Rather than living a life of fear, attachment, and constant lack, we can live a joyful life of creative and expanding abundance - which is, after all, what Source wants for every Soul.

One thing I'd like to explain about these essences is that the initial concept and information about them came to me very early on 26 November 2009 - which was Thanksgiving Day in the US. for me this was quite significant in terms of the energy of thanking Source for everything that it provides for us. Letting Go

In order to allow more into our lives, it is important for us to let go of that which we no longer need. If we try to hang onto things longer than the purpose for which they were provided we cause stagnation and blockages - just like a pool of water that becomes blocked: weeds end up choking it and killing everything else living within it. Rivers must be allowed to flow to the sea, in the same way life flows for us. The more we are attached to things, the more devastated and upset we are if we lose them. We must learn to accept that everything is in flow and that, by letting go, we allow space for new things to help us expand and grow.

This essence will help you, gently, to let go of old feelings and attachments that no longer serve you. You may find, whilst taking it, the urge to clear out old cupboards or spaces. You may also find that old relationships or connections that are no longer mutually beneficial begin to fade away, allowing space for new people to come into your life. Anything that is no longer authentic or helpful to you will begin to dissolve - people, places, negative thoughts, attachments, feelings, self-limiting beliefs and mind-sets and so on. As the saying goes, "Let Go, and Let God".

Being Present

Nothing ever happens in the future, it always happens in the Now. Everything that has happened, happened in the Now and then becomes the past. The ego would have us live in the past remembering things that caused us pain or hurt at the time, or would have us living in the future - fretting and worrying about "what might happen". Neither of these approaches helps us stay centred and calm, and nor do they help deal with what is going on right Now.

Whilst reflecting upon the past can help us to learn, mulling it over again and again will not move us forward at any great pace. Similarly, planning for the future can be helpful in terms of helping us focus energy on creating what we want, but constantly worrying about "what might be" will only help create the thing we fear.

The thing about abundance and receiving is - we can never receive in the future or the past. We can only receive right now. By focusing on the present moment, we are more able to allow abundance to flow into and through our lives.

Being Present means right here, right now, in this moment as you are reading these words. That is where our attention is best placed. Being Present and focusing on how we feel right now and what would help us feel better.

This essence will help you let go of distracting thoughts and, more easily, focus your attention on the present moment. You will find it is more easy to reflect upon the past and release it, and plan for the future and feel good about it. It will help you let go of unhelpful thoughts about past events and fears about possible future ones. Enjoy the Now!

Appreciation

The thing with abundance is, we often don't appreciate how abundant our lives actually are. When we are thirsty we switch on a tap and have clean running water. When we are hungry we have food in the cupboard and don't have to forage for it. When we are cold we put on a jumper or turn on the heating. When it is raining we go indoors or put up an umbrella. When we are lonely we can telephone or visit someone, and so on. There is an abundance of beauty all around if we choose to look at things in the right way. There is an abundance of love, caring, compassion, sharing, growth, expansion, kindness, creation, etc, etc.

All too often what we do is focus our mind on all the things we do not yet have and, of course, that's what we create more of. Where we put our attention - that's what we create. A phrase to remember: Energy flows where thought goes. We think, we flow energy, we create. Don't like the creation - change the thoughts to change the feeling, to create something you do like.

This essence will help you notice and appreciate more and more the abundance in your life and in the world around us. It will help you change your thoughts from focusing upon lack, to appreciating all the opportunities you have to create what you want and what would make you feel good.

Whatever you appreciate, you give energy to, and so create more of - this essence will help you do that more positively.

Focus

Focused thought is far more powerful than unfocused thought. It's a bit like allowing sunlight to shine through a magnifying glass. Scattered thoughts create scattered experiences and also less opportunities for expansion. If you try to do six things at once without giving any one of them due attention and focus, chances are none or only some of them will be done to a high degree of satisfaction (if they get done at all). Lack of focus can also cause an "oh that will do" mentality and things can remain incomplete or not quite fit for purpose.

An important thing about focus is, focusing upon what you do want rather than what you don't. We have a tendency to focus our thoughts upon that which we still don't have or that which do not want to experience. Rather than keeping our thoughts on what it will be like when we have that new job, or how it will feel to be driving that new car, or what we will see when we travel to that wonderful holiday destination. There is the "but" that so many people use: "I want that but.... I haven't got it yet" or "but I can't have it yet" or "but I'll have to wait" "but he/she will never change" etc.

This essence will help focus your thoughts on what you do want to experience, to the exclusion of that which you do not. That is how we manifest into our lives: by focusing our thoughts and feelings. This essence will help you re-train your consciousness to ignore the self-limiting Ego thoughts of unworthiness or toughness. It will help you find thoughts that feel better, which will bring you closer to attracting into your experience that which you do desire.

Allowing

An important part of having abundance in our lives is actually allowing it into our experience. All too often the Ego will keep us in the position of not feeling good enough or worthy enough to receive what it is we have been asking for. How often do you actually look at other people and compare yourself to them with the effect that you don't feel as good, competent, worthy, or whatever?

If Source created everything in the Universe (which is did), and if Source is perfect , loving, and accepting (which it is) and if Source is in everything (which it absolutely is) that means that we are all perfect, loving, and deserving regardless of what the Ego tells us. Every time we have a negative or self-limiting thought that feels uncomfortable, angry, or resentful, etc we hold a stop sign up and disallow that which we have been asking for. Everything we have asked for is always there the minute we ask for it - we just need to allow it to come to us. The way we do that is by feeling good.

By feeling good we allow positive things to flow into our lives and experiences, and we let go of resistance and feelings of undeservedness. This essence will help you to connect with the Source within you and remind you how wonderful you are. It will help you to find thoughts to feel good about and so allow abundance and positive things to flow into your life. By feeling good, you raise your vibration and you also help others to feel good too. In addition, the better you feel, the better those around you can feel, and so the vibration of the whole planet is raised which makes everyone's life easier.

As you may remember, recently I did some work with Karen Peach to create the Essences of Illumination. These Essences are very much focused upon our spiritual journey to reconnection with Source/The All That Is, and were created such that they form a 6 (or 12) month course - depending on whether you take both masculine and feminine essences. More on that soon. The Essences of Illumination are incredibly powerful and take you on a journey of letting go of fears, attachments, and blocks and creating deeper connection with the One Soul within. We have already had some very positive and valuable feedback and I look forward to sharing these with you soon.

Following on from these Essences, I was guided to create another set, which, at first, I thought would be a straight-forward "Chakra cleansing and balancing" range of essences. In some ways they are, as each one has a bearing on a particular chakra. However they are also focused on bringing through higher vibrations of Light to assist in grounding and enhancing our gifts and talents - thus aiding the spiritual growth and evolution of the planet and ourselves.

They are named "Sacred Heart Essences" by the simple fact that they are birthed through the Heart. Our true and deep connection to Source is through the heart - although we do bring in Light through the Crown. With the creation of each essence, I found my heart opening more and more and felt a divine sense of peace. I also felt waves of unwavering compassion and love that I cannot really explain in words. Suffice to say, I felt such honour and comfort with the creation of each essence it was lovely to experience.

Unlike the Essences of Illumination, Sacred Heart Essences do not need to be taken as a 7-month course. They are stand alone although, of course, if a person wished to experience them as a course that's also fine. As I mentioned, whilst they have a bearing on the chakra system, they also are focused upon specific areas.

The Sacred Heart Essences are:

· Grounding the Light (base chakra)

· Creation (sacral chakra)

· Centred in the Light (solar plexus chakra)

· Sacred Heart (heart chakra)

· Delivering Truth (throat chakra)

· Clarity and Insight (third eye chakra)

· Bringing in the Light (crown chakra)

Each essence will bring in higher frequencies of light to clear and cleanse the particular chakra, but will also work on the Light Body as a whole. When the chakras are functioning properly and at a high vibration, Light flows through them more freely, allowing for greater insights into the life we are experiencing and the connection of our physical experience with those of others. As more, higher vibration Light flows through us we are uplifted and able to function in higher dimensions of existence.

We are also more able to help uplift others just by being in the same room so that they experience this upliftment through their own lightbody.

Grounding The Light

This essence works in a two-fold way in terms of grounding the higher frequencies of Light that are flowing down through the chakra system from the Crown Chakra and also helping you feel more secure in the here and now. In the same way the electricity needs grounding into the earth to make it safe, so we need similar grounding for the Light flowing through us. Not only does grounding the Light stop us from becoming hurt by it, the Light, as it is grounded, also helps raise the vibration of the planet as a whole. The more Light we carry and ground, the more Light the Earth itself can carry - and so it also raises in vibration.

Being grounded also means that we aren't continually floating off into the ether and means that we can feel the stable foundations we need in order to build.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I am grounded and secure

Creation

One of the main purposes/focuses of the Universe is to create and expand. We are extensions of the Universe (Source/God) and therefore as we create and expand, we are facilitating the expansion of the Source/God.

This essence will help you connect more deeply with the Intention of the Universe to co-create and expand - whether that be a new product, painting a picture, a new way of living, a happier life for yourself and so on. Ideas for expanding your life will come more easily and the creative energy, which is Source Energy, will flow more fully into your creations and your creative thought.

This essence will also help to cleanse and balance the energy within the Sacral Chakra such that higher vibrations of Light can flow more freely.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I lovingly co-create with the Universe

Centred In The Light

It is not uncommon for life and the challenges associated with physical existence to cause us, at times, to become uncentred. This can cause anger, envy, and resentment and a whole heap of other unhelpful emotions which are often felt first in the Solar Plexus area.

The Solar Plexus chakra is very much associated with how we inter-relate to others and to the world in which we live. It is often the first place we begin to feel stress, discomfort, and dis-ease when we are out of synch with Source. This essence will help to keep you centred within yourself and within the Light that shines down through your energy system. By remaining centred in the Light we are able to focus more clearly on where we are right Now, and not fall prey to the Ego Self which seeks to keep us in a place of fear and negative emotion.By cleansing and balancing the Solar Plexus chakra, we will be more able to stand in our Power and not be knocked off centre by our own Ego Self or the Ego Self of others.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I am peacefully centred. I own my own power

Sacred Heart

Deep connection with Source/God flows through the heart. The heart is associated with Love, as is God. Everything is God, and God is in everything. There is a lovely phrase that fits well here: God is love, and those who live in love, live in God, and God lives in them. The Heart is the door to Source/God through which all unconditional love and creative, expansive thought flows.

This essence will facilitate a wider opening of that door to Source/God and allow deeper and more profound feelings of unconditional love to flow. Within all creation there is love, whether or not it is obvious to us. Using this essence will allow a greater, compassionate love to flow through all that you do and the ability to perceive love where once you thought there was none. It will wrap you in wings of living, loving Light flowing from the centre of God to the centre of your being.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I am very loved. I am very loving. I Am Love

Delivering Truth

As we move through life, we learn, develop, and grow, and so our connection to Source/God becomes more clear and apparent. It is when we really feel that connection that we are more able to speak our truth more confidently and more lovingly.

All too often we fear to speak our truth because of what others may think of us and as a result reject us. When others appear to reject us that is their Ego Self and not the extension of Source within them. There are times when we do need to stand our ground and speak our truth with love and compassion. Those are two very key words connected with delivering truth. When we speak from the perspective of love and compassion even difficult things we need to say flow more easily. This essence will help with confidence to deliver the truth that lies within your heart in loving, understanding, and compassionate ways.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I speak my truth with love and understanding

Clarity and Insight

The "third eye" is often associated with seeing within and has strong links with intuition and foresight. Many cultures wear jewels or other decorations upon the brow between the eyebrows to signify this.

When we allow ourselves to, we can connect with our Third Eye Chakra and see, feel, or sense what is actually going on. Unfortunately the inner chatter of our Ego Self tends to drown out any sense that we gain through our Third Eye and it can also distort any images that we "see" in our mind's eye. This essence will help to quiet the mind and open the third eye more fully thus enhancing psychic abilities of hearing, seeing, and feeling. It will give you a clearer insight of the challenges you are facing - such that you can see more clearly to the heart of the matter. You will also gain greater clarity in terms of knowing what would be the most beneficial course of action.

The affirmation that goes with this essence is:

I see clearly and I trust my intuition completely

Bringing In The Light

We are grounded through our Base Chakra and just as we connect with the Light through our Crown Chakra. This is the portal through which Light flows into our lightbody and energy system. We cannot exist without Light.

Our journey as Soul Extensions is to return to Oneness. Oneness being Source/God. As we learn, develop, and grow, we let go of more and more lower vibration energy and become lighter. The higher we vibrate, the more fine and bright is the Light that shines and flows through us. It is through this connection with Source that Light flows through us and into, eventually, into the ground beneath our physical feet. That Light touches every chakra in the body and also flows through us to uplift everything that surrounds us. Like attracts like, and Light also uplifts Light.

Imagine bringing a 100 watt lamp into a room where a 60 watt lamp is already on. The 100 watt lamp will light the room more brightly, it will not be made darker by the 60 watt lamp. The more Light we carry within us, the easier it is for us to move with the flow of the Universe. This essence will help raise the vibration of the Crown Chakra to allow the bringing in of higher frequencies of Light from the God Source. It will enable these higher frequencies to flow through the whole energy system and out into the physical world. The more Light in the world, the easier it is for everyone.

This Essence was birthed dually by Alun Illumine and Karen Peach on 09.09.09 at 09.09 am. It was a beautiful morning, peaceful, with a light cool breeze. A very early autumnal morning with warm colours with both the moon and sun visible in the sky..

Before going into the full reading, let us see some interpretations of what "Transcend" can mean:

- to rise above
- go beyond
- to exceed
- to surpass

All interesting phrases which give a very clear indication of what this Essence aims to help you do. But rise above, go beyond, exceed, and surpass what? Purely and simply - to Transcend the Ego Self. To understand that final connection to All That Is. Transcending the Ego Self is not something that can necessarily be explained in detail, but is something that needs to be experienced for one's self. The main aim of this Essence is to do just that.

Transcend is the only Essence of Illumination which has been birthed jointly (all other essences have been brought through via one individual). Although each of the Essences in the range are balanced as far as Universal Consciousness is concerned, Transcend Essence contains the personal energies of The Illumine and The Illuminatrix. A further reminder for us that to Transcend, we must understand that our true nature is a perfect balance of masculine and feminine.

A message from The Guides:

"Long has been the journey of so many Souls to return to the Source of All That Is. And now is coming the time when all that we have worked for is coming to fruition. The learning for this part of the journey is almost over but then again, it is also the beginning of the next part of the journey. Learning and evolution, development and expansion - they are part of the true purpose of the Universe and Consciousness as a whole. To grow, expand, create, unconditionally love, and evolve.

The Ego Self is limited, fearful and constantly compares itself to others, and therefore consistently is found wanting. How many times in the past have you observed others and thought to yourself "I'm much better than them" or the opposite "I'm not as good as them". The truth of the matter is - neither one is better than the other. You are in fact that the same. Part of the same Consciousness. An extension of the All That Is, in a similar way that a branch that appears separate is still a part of the whole tree.

To Transcend means you have recognised the Ego and risen above its control - and in so doing, you have returned to your True nature; Transcend means you have personally experienced, and now consciously recognise all that is not the real You (aided by the Universal Law of Reflection).

For so long humanity has been progressing along a path of evolution in order to Ascend and aid in the Ascension of the planet as a whole. This ascension is part of the evolution of the Universe and the Universe cannot evolve or Ascend if all the parts are not where they need to be. Oft times we have slightly despaired at how difficult people make lives for themselves and those around them. However we have never given up hope or trust that they will finally understand the Unconditional Loving Consciousness that they really are. Neither have we ever stopped loving you, who are reading this now. There is nothing that you can ever do that will stop the All That Is from loving you purely, simply and unconditionally. Be blessed in the knowledge of this. Know that we are with you on your path - you only need to ask for help and it will be forthcoming. Perhaps not always in the ways you expect, but that's part of the problem of many - you limit yourselves to the ways in which you can be helped because you are too identified with the Ego Self - which does not want you to Trust or Evolve. For if you do, what will happen to the Ego Self? Well it will disappear and be transformed of course. Ultimately, that is the purpose of this Essence being brought forth today - to help you Transcend your Ego Selves, detach from it, surpass it and exceed its highest expectations. There is nothing you cannot be, do, or have. The moment you think it, you are it. You just need to allow it into you experience.

There is a pattern to your Evolution, and the Essences of Illumination have been birthed to aid you along that path. You start by understanding who you are and recognising all those parts of you that are authentic, allowing the Purity of the All That Is to begin to shine forth. As you begin to see that you are more than the Ego Self, you start to identify with Intention of the All That Is and find the Determination, Strength, and courage to begin letting go of the Ego Self. Finding the Strength and Determination to make the changes to your current physical existence. Understanding that the Universe is an Abundant place and that everything you need is always provided for you. (As it is said "Ask and these things shall be added unto you"). In the same way that a mother Nurtures a baby in the womb, so too does the All That Is Nurture you. It is then we begin to understand that Perfect Joy of existence and of the expansion and growth that we are all experiencing. Finding Harmony and peace in all that we do and with all whom we connect. Finally comprehending the Deep Soul Connection and realising that we are none of us separate from one another and we are all One Soul, Transforming from the negative, fearful, and limiting Ego Self, to the deeper understanding and experience, the detachment from the illusions of the physical world Transcending into a space of the purest unconditional love and peace imaginable ("the peace which passes all understanding). Which is, what the All That Is, really is! Pure, Unconditional, Love.

Working with this Essence will help you distinguish between those things you do, think, and feel that come from your Ego Self and those that flow from the Deep Soul of The All That Is. There is no judgment in this essence, just an awareness and acknowledgment of where you are right NOW, and how far you have come. For it is only in the NOW that you can really make the Deep Soul Connection with The All That Is and let go once and for all of the Ego Self. You may well find you notice things about your thoughts, feelings, and previous actions and old patterns of behaviour that you do not like (of feel comfortable with) and it is important that you continue to love and forgive yourself (and all others) for these experiences. For that is what they are - learning experiences that have helped you learn, grow, evolve, and expand. We suggest that you do not fight - to consciously fight and judge your ego self will provide it with more power, and it will become stronger still. This is not the way. Instead, simply put your consciousness to the Truth, and allow the fear to dissolve. Transcend the Ego Self and remember the All That Is.

As you know, over the last few months I have been creating and channeling a set of essences called "Essence of Illumination". Since creating the first 5 there have been all sorts of developments and nudges from Spirit guiding the way they need to go. The first of these developments is that there will be a slight change of name to "Essences of Illumination". Small change, but significant and you'll understand why in a few weeks' time!

Channeled Reading for "Deep Soul"

Channelled 22 July 2009 - 2.pm
Sunny day with some cloud. Bright and warm with a cooling breeze
New Moon and also Mary Magdalene Day.

The first question I asked when birthing this essence was 'why deep soul, why not just soul?' And the answer I got was that the ego is shallow and the soul is deep. The other essences are focused on letting go of ego to clear the path of connection to the deep. In the same way that miners cut through the rock to get to the precious stones beneath. It could well have been called special soul but deep soul is more accurate. Unlike the precious stones beneath the earth the soul us limitless and inexhaustible.

The soul is everything and everything is the soul. The soul is deep, God Consciousness. It is God, and God is the Soul. What we humans see as separate souls is really an illusion. They are extensions of one soul, one God, one Consciousness. Like the branches of a tree ... they may look separate but they are in fact all part of the same tree with the same experiences shared with the whole. There is no such thing as separation as it is just an illusion. God consciousness resides in absolutely everything. It is all encompassing, unconditionally loving, and completely and utterly limitless. There is nothing God cannot do, be, or have. And so it is the same for us.

As the other essences in this set have been birthed to let go of everything that is not pure, to give strength and courage to learn and evolve, to connect with all that is and flow abundantly, to live in perfect joy and happiness in an unconditionally loving way. These are all a part of the deep soul within.

This essence will allow you to connect on a much deeper level with the God Consciousness that you are. It will facilitate a deeper connection of the power and unconditional love of God that is all encompassing. You may find the love and light you experience a little overpowering at first... but just as our eyes adjust to the brightness of day after night, so too will you adjust to the much higher vibration light that will flow through you as you continue to take this essence. This higher vibration light will shine through your whole energy system down into the Earth to be grounded.

Finish the whole bottle and allow yourself to connect with your deep soul in ways that you never have before and know, dear ones, that as you connect more deeply with the soul within, you will begin to see, experience and share in that same soul in others.
