It gives me enormous pleasure to announce the availability of the fourth essence in the series of six essences named: Essence of Illumination. This essence is happily named: Perfect Joy. As for the other essences in this set it can be taken as a stand alone essence, but to get the most benefit is better taken in sequence (this being the fourth essence).

Following is the reading for this Essence and I hope that you can also feel the loving, joyful energy that I experienced whilst it was being birthed.

Perfect Joy

A warm, but cloudy day, with a lovely breeze.

Have you ever had those moments where you feel so happy that you feel like you're going to burst? Or so happy that you're moved to tears? These are typical moments of perfect joy. Now can you imagine being able to reach for that feeling absolutely whenever you would like? Imagine a life where that was true. We can find joy in the most simple of things... the sound of birds singing in the morning, the feelings you get when someone gives you a nice surprise, the colours of flowers in the sunlight, or the way light catches and sparkles on water after rainfall, and so on. Imagine waking up each morning and feeling the joy of just being alive and experiencing growth, excitement and contrast of daily living. We incarnated on this world to bring the perfect joy of God Consciousness onto and into this world we call Earth.

When we touch our deep soul and feel the calmness and centredness of who and what we really are we can touch into the most perfect joy imaginable. When we touch and experience perfect joy, we are connecting to our highest consciousness and experience the connection of who we truly are.

We are eternal Beings formed of light and love, and we are having an experience to help us grow. We are here to experience growth and perfect joy and share it with all those we come into contact with (and those whom we don’t!). No more of that separateness. An understanding that we are not alone and never truly can be. A return to unity and wholeness and the joy that understanding that brings.

This essence, building upon the others, will open up new levels of consciousness and joy. As you understand who you really are, and experience the abundance that the Universe and life has to offer, you can become more peaceful, connected, and happy - no matter what contrast is there for you to experience. This essence is very connected with the Ascended Master Sananda who came through very strongly throughout the birthing and channeling. There were times during the birthing of this essence that I was so moved with love and happiness that I had tears in my eyes, and the words I received from Sananda were 'this is pure and perfect joy which can be found in the heart of every living being and every soul in existence.' By this he meant everyone alive on this planet and every single soul no matter where it be in the Universe. “For all souls are really one soul... God consciousness. Because whilst we may appear separate at times, we are in fact all a part of the Whole - like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle...

This essence will connect you more deeply with your heart and the joy to be found within. As you touch more deeply you will begin to find profound joy at the most simple of things ever more deeply. It will help you to flow joy to all those you meet, and every life you touch.

Be a part of the uplifting and ascension of the world and experience the perfect joy which is God Consciousness, and which is yours (our) divine birthright.
