What a month September has been! We can now clearly see and feel the enormous changes that are occurring around us, and within us. There's no doubt about it, the Ascension is upon us and it seems we are in a powerful time of transition - a space between the old and the new, where it seems order is being created out of chaos.

The 'transformational energy' that is rapidly moving through and affecting everything in creation is of such a high vibration, that as well as dealing with anything that is not Authentic to the Love vibration of the Universe and the Original Vision - it is also in the process of purifying and refining.

This is good news, as it means that some of what we have created, has a True, Authentic vibration and it can stay! However, it might just need a little adjustment. :-) On the theme of transformation and authenticity, we are privileged to share with you, the following Guidance for October:

The Vibrational Waves of Change

"Many of you will be confused and perhaps a little afraid of what you are living through. Especially when youwitness loss of lives through tragedy and disease; increasing hardships of living and working, and the suffering of the natural world. It all seems to be endless and needless.

There is of course, a much bigger Universal plan and this is the process of Transformation, or Ascension.

Rather than be a simple observer to what is happening, there is much that you can be doing to help this process, and to aid your own personal Transformation: To act as a Wayshower for the Light. By actively helping yourself and others, you will also be able to competently 'surf' the vibrational waves of change, as opposed to being overwhelmed and consumed by them.

For some time, we have been urging you to think about, and feel deeply in your heart, who you really are, and what you need to do in order to live a more Authentic life. By now, you should have a good idea of what you want from the life you are living - and certainly, you should recognise what you don't want!

You may have already set about creating a new, Authentic version of your Self and your life, and you are already seeing significant changes. If not, then now is the time to start. It means putting into practice everything that you've been reading about and learning - and for those of you who have been taking High Vibrational Essences (such as the Essences of Illumination), these will have helped to prepare you for this time of Transformation.

This month, we urge you to continue to Lighten up your energetic field and to firmly and finally cast off the old, dense matter of the old you: to fully 'realise', and 'become' your true Self.

Once you have embraced the Authentic energy blueprint in your heart of who you are and what you want to experience in life - you are ready for the final stage of your Transformation. This process means having to recognise areas of your old Self which do not fit the new, realised 'you'. As well as taking the Essences of Authenticity and/or Transformation, the following visualisation will help:

Shedding your 'old skin'

If you think of how a snake sheds its skin - this is what you have to do. This is your opportunity to make a fresh start, and to reveal your new Self. Along with shedding that old 'skin', you are also throwing off the past - any feelings of guilt, regret or disappointment, any dashed hopes or broken hearts.

As well as the fears and issues, you will also be asked to let go of what worked well and what made your old self feel good.... all the emotional weight that you've been carrying around with you, is in this old 'skin' and is now vibrating differently to the new you - it has to go in order for you to have a spiritual re-birth of sorts, and allow the higher Light to shine through you.

The visualisation can be gentle and caring (taking off and carefully laying down your oldskin and leaving it in the care of Guardians), or it can be swift and more 'final' (throwing off your old skin and tossing it into a raging river and watching it being carried away).

Clearly focus on your life

Once this has been done, you should feel much Lighter and certainly, you should feel 'different' , as if you are shining brightly from within. You should be able to more clearly focus on what you want in your life, and what the next steps should be.

Now is a good time to write these down: look at each area of your life and make some changes, so they fit the new you. And if you feel that there's too much that needs adjusting, then it might be a good time to look at starting afresh, and consider moving to a new town or country, for example. You are in control, and are the commander of your own ship!

What's more, you will be able to feel much more easily the energy of anything that comes into your life, and whether or not it fits the new you. Many people find that the foods they used to eat, make them feel queasy and they yearn for light, clean and fresh food - and usually, organic produce that they have grown themselves.

A return to Unity Consciousness

As a newly birthed Lightworker, you have the opportunity to plant the seeds of the future: to create an authentic, unifying existence which is simple and sustainable and which works by people/soul groups working together in small, harmonious communities, to lovingly provide for themselves and each other."
