Welcome to our latest message, which as always, we hope will help to uplift, illuminate and empower you.

As we enter March, we begin to feel a strong sense of awakening. We can feel the emergence of Spring, and, of course, we have the first quarter point of the year: the Spring Equinox - traditionally, the Festival of Balance and Awakening.

Following on from our previous Guidance, which encouraged us all to purify and simplify areas of our life - literally, to Lighten up! - the current focus for March seems to be on reconnecting with ourselves and nature, and being aware of our owntransformation.

The Essence which has been 'chosen' this month is the Essence of Transformation. As with all our Essences of Illumination, this essence has been created to bring balance to our female and male selves. As always, there is no pressure to buy the Essence (but we know that you will benefit if you do!) We hope you enjoy the Guidance below, and know that both Alun and Karen are here to offer any support we can.

At the end of the message, we've included a brief extract from a gem of a book, called The Earth's Cycle of Celebration, by Glennie Kindred. For us, the words are simple, and we feel appropriate for where we now. We hope you also find them enjoyable.

The Guidance

Reflection

If we observe what is happening around us as Spring begins to transform the seemingly 'dark' months of Winter, we can see the emergence of the flowers from the earth as they respond to the gentle warmth and light of the Spring sun. We notice the first buds beginning to appear on the trees and shrubs - we see awakening, creation and re-birth all around us.

You may be aware of nature's glorious awakening - however are you aware that your own? Are you conscious of your own unique transformation?

Transformation

In the reading for Essence of Transformation, it talks about how nature reflects what is happening within us: We recognise perfection when we see it, yet it is only a "mirror of what is happening to all beings... second by second. Constantly and consistently you are transforming, both physically and mentally." It is a gradual, moment-by-moment process - mostly, it is so subtle that we don't notice. Yet, just as one day we might suddenly notice the appearance of a blaze of vivid colour provided by a wash of crocuses, we might one day notice another person's 'colours' as they evolve and transform. It's a gradual emergence, but something happens where we suddenly take note. Do we notice our own, personal transformation, though?

So, we say: Become aware of this natural, unfolding and awakening process as Spring takes hold. The Energy of the Moment is all about Transformation, and so we ask you, consciously, to tap into this powerful wave of creative energy, and take note of how YOU are Transforming.

Take time to reconnect with nature and the Earth and, in so doing, reconnect with the God Consciousness and with your Authentic Self. And when you see that first, glorious daffodil, freshly opened and glowing triumphantly with yellow light - appreciate that you are that daffodil. I Am that, I Am. Why not take it as a sign to herald, to celebrate, your own Transformation? Use your new, evolving Light to illuminate and uplift those around you, and in so doing, uplift your Self.

The Essence

By taking Essence of Transformation at this time, it will help you to sense more easily, and feel the reconnection with, your authentic self, with the Earth, and with your fellow brothers and sisters.

Essence of Transformation, working with the energies of Spring, will help uplift you and you should gain a tremendous sense of joy as you feel emergence and re-birth. The Essence will help you transform your thoughts and help you consciously create a Lighter and more Authentic experience for yourself.

For those of you wishing to tap into your artistic and creative talents, the Essence of Transformation will help you to do so.

Spring Equinox Celebrations

"The balance of day and night, light and dark, inner and outer, intuition and rational, conscious and unconscious, female and male This brings fertility and manifestation on all levels. Plans which have been incubating on the inner levels since Autumn Equinox can now hatch out onto the physical plane. The egg is a potent symbol here, full of potential and new life.

Everything in nature is coming alive. The sun is gaining strength and the days are longer and warmer. It is the time to throw off the restraints of winter and reach out for what we want, make plans, journey forth, take risks. Celebrate the Dance of Life, of Gaia."
