Love is the answer…
by Alun
There are so many questions to which Love really is the only answer. We can choose whether to live in a world of fear, or a world of love. That’s all it is… a choice. This choice comes in almost every single passing moment of our lives. Whatever you are doing, ask yourself: am I doing this from a place of love, or from a place of fear? If you’re acting from a place of fear, then ask yourself: What would love do in my place?
Think about how much fear is pushed upon us if we choose to connect with it!
Think about the news you receive – whether that be from a newspaper, television programme, or from the radio. There is so much fear reported in the news that, unless you are centred, it can really bring your vibration down. This is not to say “do not watch the news”, but think about your mood before doing so. We are all a part of this world, and there is no changing that fact. BUT what we can do is be apart from the fear – i.e. unaffected by it. I remember a few years ago when a major financial institution in the UK was experiencing difficulties. There was a major run on it and nearly every single news article at the time reported how bad it would was, how dreadful, and what the negative knock on effects would be. The fear and panic in the UK was almost palpable! What was initially a small issue turned into something massive causing all sorts of chaos.
It is so key to feel centred in ourselves and in a place of love before switching on the radio or TV, picking up a newspaper, or visiting a news page on the Internet. When we are centred in a place of love, we are much less likely to get caught up in the fear and drama of the news that is reported. This is not to say “don’t care” or live in a place of apathy. It is important to know what is going on around you and the whole world. If we are unaware, how can we really be of complete service and contribution to the evolution of the world? BUT when we receive news from a place of centredness and then ask ourselves: What would love do in my place? We can then take any intuitive and synchronistic action in response to what we are experiencing, rather than acting from a fear base and thus perpetuating and increasing the fear and negativity.
This is so key when we experience negativity directly from those around us. Our ego response is to react and potentially retaliate. The response from the true Source within us, it so respond from a place of love and compassion. This doesn’t mean we have to put up with the negativity, just that we can choose to disengage with it and not allow it to affect our own life adversely. Sometimes love means we need to be direct with those around us to help them learn, but it never means we have to hate or resent them for where they are. Remember the question: What would love do in my place?
Whatever you do, ask yourself: is this what Love would be doing and how Love would do it? We CAN change the world – if we all act and think from a place of Love rather than from a place of fear.

This is a timely message, for certain. It IS easy to allow TV, etc. to bring us down.
But I choose your approach - "if we all act and think from a place of Love rather than from a place of fear."
Indeed, this is the way to live.
Love and Blessings,
Marianne
