A little more about me to give you a feel for who I am and how I work.

I was born in Essex and spent my childhood moving around England and latterly living in Germany. I've always been interested in helping people with problems – even at school I was the one that a lot of the other children came to because I was a “good listener” (to quote what they used to say).

Prior to my career as a life coach and alternative therapist I was a Human Resources Manager in the Investment Banking sector (Well paid, but incredibly stressful!). I've always been interested in things spiritual too but it's only been since 2002 that I've really focused my work and my interests in a combined manner. I started out with career and life coaching and am now very focused on spiritual and personal evolution. Of course than can also include some career coaching but that’s not the main focus.

I have had the great pleasure and honour of knowing and working with some wonderfully talented people who have helped me get to where I am today. To name a few who have had the most impact: David Ashworth - author of Dancing with the Devil while channeling the light, and Ocean of Emotion (a very enlightened teacher and spiritual mentor); Denise McAvoy - a wonderfully supportive and intuitive mentor who has a very warm and direct style; my partner, Bill, who has wholeheartedly supported me since we met in 1993; and Zaria et Cullen who is one of the most spiritually connected and nurturing Teachers I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and honour working with.

I absolutely love what I do for a job and am really passionate about people I work with enjoying their lives and helping them to be the best they can be. I say “job” but to be honest it doesn't feel like a job when it's doing something I enjoy. That's almost like telling a child that playing in the park is a “chore”!  It’s a way of living for me.   Of course I have to earn money to live, who doesn't? It’s all about investment in one’s self and an equal exchange of energy.  But I'm a big believer that it doesn't have to be boring or something you have no choice about.

I'm always finding new things to learn – there never seems to be enough time to learn them all! When does it stop? I don't think it honestly does. Life is about evolution and change. Hopefully a change for the better and that's what I'm about – helping people change and evolve. After all – it makes sense to be in control of your life and its direction!
